What breed is your four-legged smoking buddy?

Personally, I had an American Staffordshire Terrier in the city. It requires space and activity, although it needs lowest maintenance among the breeds I love. Loving GSD, Malinos, Rott, Cane Corso and so on, you know what I am talking...

 

So, FOHers, what's your smoking buddy? Are they a good fit to your life?

We adopted a "Sheperd Retriever" mix. DNA test says 100% Rottie paternal side. The mom was a slut!

Awesome dog though she does need plenty of exercise and occasionally goes a little Rottie on us which we find hilarious.

Great dog. Swims, fetches, chases deer out of the brush. Love that girl.

Guess u can tell by my tag line. My first buddy was a rock solid 80lb male boxer.  Wife did not want another dog that big so we went with a female boxer (first time with a female boxer). Got her as a pup this fall and it seems she is just as strong (now 7 months old)

I grew up with Golden Retrievers, so when the wife talked about getting a dog, I envisioned a big, hairy, slobbering Golden following me around. So she decided we should get a Maltese. Which has been attached to my hip for the past 5 years.

Tilly, our Mini Aussiedoodle.  After our Shiba Inu put in a full 17 years for me, I really didn't want another dog but wife put the full tears press on last year, so we got Tilly.  She's great and shitty enough as all dogs should be.
