Finally nice weather here. Had a Hoyo Palmas Extra (one of my very favorite cheap & cheerfuls) PUR OCT 15 which was just great. Everything I ever loved about that cigar.

In the evening I dug into the crate of my box of loose singles (most of which I have picked up over the years in B&Ms while traveling) and grabbed a Bolivar 108 which was a 2010 regional edition in Spain.  I had removed the band years ago when I took it to the Dominican Republic to smoke, never got around to it, and had to take the band off to ensure I'd get it back into the states with me. How's that for a world tour! Anyway, it was not bad but very one-dimensional. Strong boli flavors were mellow but the predominant flavor was tangy/toasted tobacco throughout. No nuance, no variety, and I chucked it a little over half way through.
