I had not taken on board they were sauteed grapes.  If so I've had this dish before at The Wolseley in London.     Was the sauce a marsala wine reduction?.     its a bloody brilliant dish.     Marsala wine is used so infrequently in cooking, but it really shines with liver and kidneys

Best thing I've made is probably yesterday's Key Lime pie.  Surprisingly easy with only 7 ingredients, provided you know how to whip up egg yolks and heavy cream.

Filet Mignon, lobster tail, tiger prawns and grilled asparagus. Thank God I cooked this. As the restaurant price would be over $100.00 It was fantastic. All for under $30.00/plate. Sorry no pictures

I also use  marsala at home for liver/kidneys and my quail & figs dish.

I had a bone in veal parm at a restaurant last month. So good. I’m a sucker for that dish. I hope it was as good as it looks.

Had a Bloomin onion a couple weeks ago that was amazing 😆  On a serious note I had shrimp cargo at a local Italian restaurant that was amazing.   They have a ceramic plate with 6 wells in it.   Each one has a shrimp, butter, and garlic then the whole thing is covered in melted mozzarella cheese.  Paired with their amazing bread and I was in heaven.  Also I ordered some brazed beef soup dumplings online that are absolutely amazing.  I will say that the chili crisp on them is good but i have a soy based hot sauce from a local hot sauce shop that is amazing on them.

Chicago Cut steakhouse (in Chicago, in case it needed clarification) has a Lobstercargot, basically swap the shrimp for hunks of lobster. It is awesome!
