Headed back to the States tomorrow, so for our last night in Mallorca, we decided to eat at the restaurant in our hotel. First course was locally caught prawn carpaccio, with beluga caviar and li

@Fuzz just for you Too many to choose from, last night in KL. Compilation of the past week. The cuisine here constantly blows my mind and palate.

My wife asked me what I wanted for birthday and I asked for a brunch. She made all of this by herself. One of the greatest meals I ever had.

I can't load photos were I am but last night, shaved baby reindeer heart with tar ice cream (and yes, tar like is used on roads).

it was just an amuse bouche - but it was sensational.

What's the point of shaving the baby reindeer.... :P

Prep the pork last night. Started getting the KJ ready at 7:30 this morning. Awesome pulled pork sandwich’s 11 hours later. Total cook time 8.5 hours. Delicious 😋

That looks amazing! I can't wait to have some proper meat, but my doctor said i need to stay on a diet for another week at least. I had a very bad food poisoning few days ago and not sure if i would be able tp make without canada drugs medication. Next time i will pay more attention at everything i eat and especially where i eat.

Interesting wine choice with the Pomerol.

It's not too bad to cook with ..seriously though it's all part of the celebration. I wanted an Hawaii five O theme but we are trapped in an all French Bordeaux affair.

It’s again fig season over here.
so a nice starter with goat cheese , thyme, pistachio and honey from the grill.

grilled wagyu roulades filled with homemade basil pesto and Parma.
Porcini risotto with lemon pieces and some bacon beans.

the porcini are nice finds during the dog walk in the forest nearby.

Some right beautiful haut bistro fare!

The mushroom special in Bar Soriano in Logroño. It’s the only dish they do. Fried mushrooms on a piece of bread with a shrimp on top, a “secret sauce” of butter, olive oil, garlic and salt. One of my favorite dishes in the world and 1 euro. This was last Sunday.

Vaca Vieja (retired Galician dairy cow) with a local red in Restaurant La Teja, La Manga last night comes second.

This is a classic! Love it
