Ha, appreciate the shoutout Justin! Very kind of you. Glad those Quai d'Orsay landed safely. I have not posted much at all here recently but am hopeful to find more time to do so. I, like @miurajus have not had much time for cigars recently, and I moved to a rainy climate where the weather does not always cooperate for an outdoor smoker like myself! I would like to echo Justin's thought on FOH - it is simply a fantastic community (with a pretty rich history at this point), one of the best places I've ever wandered through on the web. Awesome. Since these mosaic tiles come pre-arranged over a mesh backing, that little outlier must have been replacement at some point. White is universally easier to source than black. @planetary has the fix.

You may consider giving the PerfecDraw a go. It's a poker that actually grabs a bit of tobacco. Google it. There was a thread here about it a while back. I have a handful of rock solid tent pegs in my humidor and so far, have to been able to rescue them with this tool. I think the best defense against firm draws is storing your cigars in the low 60s and aging them for a good long time. Not exactly a quick fix, more of a long term strategy...but nothing smokes as beautifully as a well aged Cuban.

Excellent discussion MRN obviously has great passion for the topic, and I respect that. I would venture to guess that he comes across much different in person than on a computer screen. I could not be a bigger proponent of science, but to me the enjoyment of cigars seems mostly incompatible with it. Store and smoke cigars how you like them

I actually like 10 count boxes, but I think that is largely because 1) I don't smoke that much and 2) I like diversity in my collection. It is also a less costly way to try a new cigar, without going the singles route. So in general I am in favor of 10 counts as well as petacas, tins, etc.

Congrats on your progress, hope you can work through this...it sounds like it really sucks! I'm not a doctor or dentist but you should probably avoid the alcohol based mouthwash though. That burning sensation can be fun, but it is probably not helping your cause! I'd recommend giving the saltwater a go instead.
