Great diet! This is a prime dry aged ribeye cap (aka colotte, deckle, or spinalis). You could easily argue it is the best part of a cow. Anyone recognize what fish that is? My Chinese speaking friend ordered it from the specials chalkboard so we can't look up the name of it on the actual menu.
