Mike. The monte #4 has been a gem since 2016. I haven't been very fond of them before that.

know you are still working through you '76 stock, but I assure you a good Monte #4 in current production is a fantastic stick, but very mass produced so you get f'ed a lot.

Maybe the Party Shorts are a little out of place in this cohort, but I would have thought they’d get a little more love.  Definitely my favorite of the marevas for the consistency of overall experience.

Funny. I “get” all of them but it depends a lot on when I’m smoking, where, my mood, available time. 
 

Same with my cars, clothes, drink…..What fits one occasion will not fit another.

I get them all but I don't care for minutos and perlas. A petit corona is about the shortest smoking experience I like.

D4 - decent cigar - If "get it" means it's something above a beyond, then I don't get it.  I would never pull a D4 in favor of an E2

RASS - Don't get it but willing to wait them out since aged RAGs I've had are really good

BRC - I absolutely get it

Parti Shorts - not a cigar I've tried or have any interest in.  Not a fan of mini cigars

Lusitanias - starting to get it - for me, they need lots of time.

This group was more challenging for me since I get that someone else "gets it" but only BRC in this bunch truly hits the mark for me.

RASS is hit or miss with me.  To me they really need 5+ years on them. I prefer the ones in a cab over dress boxes too. There shouldn't be a difference but they just smoke and taste better. But that could be a box code difference. I've already sold/traded away a partial and full dress box to get something else.

while I wouldn't turn any down, I would not purchase a single cigar listed above. I've had many of all five, and none are found in my "to purchase" list.

9/10, Party Shorts is on a cold streak with me.  The rest are pretty much my standard 9 day rotation.

Party D4 is hit and miss with me, but BRC is definitely a fail. The rest I get.

Fans of all except I was not a fan of RASS until i had one that was over 12 months. Then i could taste the fruit profile and really enjoyed.
