Slightly more confusing, is,, did someone actually think to take time to do it in the Factory.   They should fire this person ASAP, he or she, is obviously running their own playbook!

I actually find it less pleasing to the eye, cos arranging this way makes it an asymmetrical 6/7 split.  I'd rather have it random!
