Non Cuban day here in Seattle.  Enjoyed smokes from new boxes of Illusione Epernay and Davidoff Millenium Blend.  Solid cigars - the Epernay blew me away.  Big, sweet toasted tobacco notes, gentle tang, and a perfect burn.  Noice.

The Epernay is consistently the best NC consistently...probably because it smokes so much like a Cuban lol.

Maduro 5 Magicos (EMA JUN 07). Been a long time since I've smoked one of these. Found a handful of singles stashed in a half empty box of Genios. Leathery, slightly anise spiced coffee flavor to it.

Tasty Monte 4 at the home office. Funny story...last Friday I gave away a few Monte 4’s and a Connie 1 to a buddy who’s boss loves cigars. I get a text yesterday from him that the boss thinks the cigars are fake because they have tight draws. I had to tell him that’s one of the tell tale signs they’re real 😂😂😂

Inspired by some of the posts that I read here earlier, Coloniales to wrap up the work day. Trying to take advantage of the beautiful SoCal weather before the torrential downpour of +/- 1/3 inch slams into us for about 10 minutes at some point between Wednesday and Friday...cheers, FOH!!!

I don't know about the blend differences but the unvarnished is the original pre 1960s vitola discontinued in 2002. Coronas grandes.
