An RE Friday with @Nate Chu C&C for a Saturday morning with this Sir Winston from 03. Today is going to be great if this cigar is anything to judge it by. What a super smooth star

First cigar of the year.

C&C ‘14 especiales. Fantastic start to the day C&C with a Monte 4 C&C time today with a Perla picked up from 24:24

Curiosity abounds... do you sip while the cigar is in the nook or do you have to remove the cigar while drinking?  I kinda want one, but I'm not sure how you're supposed to use it  ?

Spiced cream is how I can best describe it.

I've been getting 'cinnamon butter' (the kind you get at a Texas steakhouse) with more recent 898s.  Not exactly 'spiced cream', but in the same ballpark

Any idea at all how old those are? I got one from the Kenfession Comp too. Was wondering if I should smoke it or let it snooze. How was it?

Lusi from Kenfession comp is still young, so it's quite edgy. However, it's not aggressive either and you're good to go if you rest it at least 60-90 days like me! ?

How's that Grosperrin?

I really like it. This 92 petite champagne is quite a bit cheaper than many of the Grosperrin bottlings, but like them it avoids the clumsy oaking that a lot of this kind of cognac (and other independent spirits actually) suffers from. Floral sweetness, delicate rather than rich, fine and mature but no real rancio.

And, if "in the nook" is the answer, would you sip from a safe side or the danger side?  ??
