QdO Corona, TUA NOV 20.  Weird roll - looked loose, ended up being a touch firm.  Jaw dropping smoke.  Maybe the first time I’ve gotten a real in-your-face vanilla note on a cigar.  Delightful!

Started raining so the CoRo lives another day.

It was my last one of them and thankfully also have some more in the wind. I find them to have a salted butter cream, light nut and tea notes. They pack a little more punch the laguito 6 version from the same farm.

Some stupid slot game. Never play slots, just came from BJ table but at this resort you can’t smoke at the tables in Pallazo. So cigar break lol

Got a handful of NCs with my latest boveda order for free shipping and The Wise Man Maduro Lancero was up.  It was bland and left a tar-ish taste in my mouth.  Got through as much as I could before switching it up to a much better party short.  Still had some of the tar taste in my mouth, but got some of the normal short flavors in there...sooo much better.  Sucks since I've heard good things about the Wise Man, but oh well NCs(besides the nudies that need to rest longer) just dont do it for me anymore.

I think the issue with Cuaba is that there just isn't any flavor.  I haven't had one that was foul or poorly put together, they just don't taste like anything...with one exception... I picked up one of the recent Distinguidos offerings on 24:24 and I'm looking forward to giving them another try since they are the only Cuabas I've had with ANY flavor.  If they can't compete with the Partagas Presidentes for humidor space, this will be my last Cuaba purchase.
