PSD4 kicked off the day on the right note.  Then wife surprised me with a bottle of bourbon + offer to take the kiddos for the night.   Was on the fence about my cigar of the year, but this 2019 RAG easily put the debate to rest.   Yesterday was a good day

Nice burn on that RAG! Glad to hear it was a winner, I debated heavily on grabbing a box earlier this year to age, sounds like I made the right choice!

Beautiful morning ! Kicked off with this Monte 2 from the Xmas Sampler . First opening was all Monte Cream goodness. Then all hell broke loose on the burn. Wind tunnel and unfortunately underfilled. I pitched it before the final third because I got tired of dealing with it. 

Fonseca 1. 2014. Smoking good. Not complex but an enjoyable smoke.

2019 RASS.  Had a beetle hole in it, only one in the box, probably from before it got to me as I freeze everything.  Made for a slightly more difficult smoke, but delicious none the less

Monte Especiales No. 2 (SOP Jun 2021) from our hosts.  Wonderful flavor and retros, though youth is showing (as is tightness; will need to dry box before next one, or age at lower RH).  Enjoyed it slowly, as indicated from earlier commentary  ...

Yesterday a RAE MAR 15 Punch Punch from a cab. 
 

Tonight cracked a new box of RAT DIC 19 Punch 48.
