‘99 HdM du Dauphin. This lived up to my millennial expectation. Bitter. Loosely rolled. A pretty lousy 50 minutes.

Awesome.  Burn was razor sharp, flavors were exactly what you want.  Paired perfectly with my 30 oz Yeti full of Maui Brewing Company’s Lava Flow blend coffee, and 1 tsp of sugar.  
 

New box of Coloniales, put the other box of Cardboard sticks away to hide.  This one is.....wow.  Now we are talking.  Dark Coffee, Black Tea, Yellow cake

Had to see what the fuss was about. Aug or sept 20 box. Arrived 33 days ago. Wife is out of town. Second cigar of the day, and by far the most interesting halfway done. Some interesting juxtapositions in this cigar. Sweet fruitiness with leather overtones. And a bit of a surprise nicotine hit, but that could be my allergies hitting me. 
 

I was frankly in a bit of a cigar rut, and the flavors on this really just yanked me straight out. 
 

Thinking of getting another box while they can be found. Curious though to hear from those who have smoked aged versions - do the aged versions hold the fruitiness?

regardless, SLR Regios will have a spot in the rotation. Well worth the random box purchase.

A #4 from the fantastic 2019 stock. I don't remember exactly which box, have a few 19 & 20's floating around.

Couldn't fight the ROTT syndrome after this morning's delivery. MSU JUN 18 BPC. WOW! not too much experience with Bolivar but flavor was indicative of great things. Like a lightly hickory-smoked cocoa fruitcake. Too moist, hard draw, should've rested.. Worthy of a full review pretty soon.

Punch Punch from the first box of Cubans I ever purchased and courtesy of our host (June 2018 box code I think). Finally warm enough to smoke outside comfortably. 

These are the ugliest sticks in my humidor but have all smoked great. Greenish wrapper hue and water spots but the best Punch I’ve had. Only 2 more left I’ll probably save them for awhile and hope my other Punch hit their stride.

One of those back-to-back meeting days today.  Decided a few short smokes was the way to go:

Quick edit -- that Ilusione MK Ultra floored me.  Been in the box for probably a year.  Nothing but clove, spice box, and gentle white pepper with shifting toasty undertones throughout.  Wowie.

Last night awesome D4 BUM MAR 15 watching replay of the Man City v Dortmund game. Nice pint of Guinness to go with it. City got lucky but I will take it. The game almost ruined a fantastic D4. It was first from this box and wish they were all this good.

Is this your first from the box? I almost pulled the trigger on a box of these a vendor had some supply recently but I was skeptical.

RAT DIC 19 HU Proprios. Really like these. 
 

OGA AGO 11 RA Allones Extra LE 2011. Went through quite a few boxes of these back in the day. I haven’t had one in a long while and was concerned it may be bland. Anything but, it was very good.
