Des Dieux, du Prince, SLR DC, Serie A.......all the others.

Can you post up a picture of one of the missing/departed.  Many members have likely never seen one.

Nothing fancy....use your phone. Post up and let us know the box code :cigar:

Du Prince. Quite unlike any other in the Marca, the DCs are closest for me. Very nice cigar and this box is just hitting its stride.

I didn't think the '03 Des Dieux had bands -- at least none that I had.

Oh Lord, I miss them.     :(

I'm not 100% on all the intricacies. That one is from a cardboard fiver. Maybe the 5x5s had bands and the SLBs didn't? Dunno. I'm sure someone else knows how each packaging was presented - maybe @Trevor2118 ?

You may or may not know - as I've mentioned it before - I smoked regularly from ~1996-2006, then took a hiatus til 2016. During that hiatus, I didn't keep up on developments in the cigar world at all (or keep any of my stock). I didn't smoke enough des dieux before 2006 to have a good memory of them, and I haven't smoked any others since 2016. I picked up that fiver from @jerrybrowne last year just because I had the opportunity and wanted to make sure I had a couple in my stock (and a couple to give as gifts - they're gone, fyi ?). I don't recall how they smoke. I actually kind of relish the effects of that hiatus. I simultaneously have a lot of detailed memory of 'how things used to be' (with the vitolas I smoked more regularly), and am a newbie with a lot of other vitolas.
