The FOH customs I keep reading about for one.  After that, I'm holding off to see how well the auctions look.  If nothing there piques my interest, then I won't piss around the next time a 50 cab of PSP HDM DCs goes up on 24:24.

Hoyo Des Dieux... A fella can hope.

La Gloria Cubana

I'm still a relative CC noob, so I just keep trying sticks.   I think my 2019 goal is to buy my first full box of CCs.  What exactly is TBD.

Hmmm. For me, some new and more of the same.

  • Trinidad La Trova. I've enjoyed these from the start and want to go deep.
  • H Upmann Sir Winstons.  Have a few boxes, would like more.
  • Cohiba Lanceros. ibid.
  • Montecristo Especiales No 1. ibid.
  • Punch Double Corona.  My 50 cab is past the halfway point.  Would like to sock a few more boxes away as these have been dependable smokes for me.
  • H Upmann Magnum 50. My first love.  Starting to run low, need some more.
  • H Upmann Half Corona. Smoke through a lot of these.  Need more.
  • Cohiba Esplendidos. A full box still eludes me.  Maybe this will be the year? :P
  • Partagas Presidentes

I was actually just compiling a list of what I'm going to buy in 2019, the list consists of but isn't limited to:

Bolivar Belicoso Fino

Cohiba Robusto

Cohiba Siglo III

Cohiba Secretos

Montecristo No. 2

Montecristo No. 4 (2 boxes)

Por Larranaga Petit Corona

Juan Lopez Seleccion No. 2

Fonseca No. 1

Hoyo De Monterrey Epicure No. 2 50 cab

Trinidad Fundadores

Trinidad Vigia (2 boxes)

Padron 1964 Pyramid

All of the 2019 LE boxes.

Those are my must haves each year, toss them in the cooler and in 2 years time they'll be ready to move into my primary humidor.

Nothing. Nada. Zilch. I'm out of money and out of space....

Ok well that's the plan anyway...

Who's going to start counting...

Not that much really as I just have to replace what I smoke over this year since I have a 19 year supply:

FOH customs

Boli Corona Jr

HDM EPI #2

Puntilla customs

R&J Petite Royales

I need a new PLPC box or two in my rotation. My 13 box is pretty much empty and I want to save those that's left. Moving on to 14 now.

PSD5. Just time for re-up.

La Gloria Cubana Serie D No.5 when I'm visiting Spain in April. And if I'm lucky the 2016 Regional - Saint Luis Rey San Luis Tesoros, I really love those.

I need more petit robustos over all so probably some Quai d'Orsay no. 50, if I'm quick enough.

And I've never had a custom rolled, so my goal for 2019 is to at least try one.

Since I'll be in Havana in four days, customs from Alex & Yolanda. Otherwise:

Quai D'Orsay 50

Trinidad Vigia

La Gloria Cubana

Regional or Limited Editions from France, Spain & Amsterdam since I will be travelling there in March.

There was lots of QDO50 around as of three days ago. Only place I saw QDO54 was Nacional.

My 2019 buy list is small.

1. First house

Hopefully I can sneak in a box or 2 but my wife has me pretty locked in to not spending any money right. If anything I'll probably be selling a lot of stuff in 2019.

My wish list is mostly to try or to buy a box of some mething I've had one or two of.

Cohiba Talisman (single to age for a special occasion)

Cohiba Coronas Especiales (to try)

La Gloria Cubana Medaille D'Or No. 4 (box)

Quai D'Orsay Corona (to try if they show back up)

Hoyo de Monterrey Elegantes (to try) Though reviews have been less than stellar, I love the brand... And in fact many of the criticisms on flavor are the very things I enjoy on their regular line, so figure it's worth checking out.

Also, more BBF's Coro's, and Padron 1926 No.35 Maduro (NC) smoked a fair number but never bought a full box.

More customs from Cuba on my two upcoming 2019 trips.

I really wanna go deep in Cohiba Medio Siglo. Maybe load up on another 4 or 5 boxes.

I'll be in Argentina/Uruguay in three weeks so I'll try to find some Cono Sur REs out there. Greece in September so I'll do the same out there. Hunt for REs.

Still don't have any BRCs.

Then the random 24:24 impulse buy.

RASS cab.  Do it!

Other than ensuring I have a steady stock of those and PLMC, I'm dreaming of HdM du Gourmet going back into production.

A couple boxes of LGC MdO4 to not touch for 5 years.

Another box of Partagas Presidentes.

Actually been on a Fuente kick as of late (hasn't happened for 5 years or so). Been trying all sorts of rare Fuente treats to see if any are worth chasing (largely, no). Need a box of Anejo and Angels Share.

Happy holidays, friends!

I’ll probably keep purchases to what has smoked best for me this year. Cohiba is out on value alone. So....

Punch Punch

Monte 4

Choix Sup’s

I’ve found the above to need minimal downtime to provide a very enjoyable smoke. Until they prove unreliable.....
