21 Rio Seco. Very nice cigar on a hot day. Working hard de-stressing before daughter’s wedding on Saturday. It’ll be a great day but the lead up is challenging. Especially for a non-drinker 😁

@Puros Y Vino‘s recent post prompted me to have another look at my Hoyo du Gourmets. Came across a few desDs on the way, remaining in a ASB MAR 07 box, and grabbed one of those instead for a more robust outdoor smoke. While this one wasn’t a prime example of its kind, a great cigar, always and still.

Such a gorgeous stick! If any BOTL have these here in the states, please reach out to me, I'm the biggest fan of Le Hoyo du Depute and I bet these would knock my socks off. Someone is trying to sell me a 50cab of the Hoyo des Dieux from 2003 and I'm really on the fence about that one. Usually all these smaller ring gauge Hoyos are delightful.

Smoking a Siglo III from 2019, one of the "red dot" boxes from 24:24 back in the day! Just an amazing cigar from start to finish, literally not one negative comment I can give. Lit it up for my father, who would have been 82 today but left us on Valentine's Day this year. He would have loved it and enjoyed cigars on a regular basis. Worthy cigar to the man & father.

‘08 Edmundo Dantes 109 - Peach, Pomegranate, Apricot. Lots of baking spice throughout. Such a unique and precious Havana cigar. These were stellar upon release and have gotten even better over time. Two hours of bliss.

Celebrating 35 years of Unity.

Tremendous blending with this stick. Said it before, they did a fantastic job there. This one is reminiscent of the best DCs I’ve had. Very true to the marca. Med to med-full. Apricot, liquorice, vanilla, even some Cohiba grassiness. All nicely balanced and integrated.
