Popular Post Connoisseur Kim Posted October 9, 2025 Popular Post Posted October 9, 2025 Montecristo No. 1 ROP JUL 21 Clearance with a pint of Guiness Draught on the last day of the holiday. Like my previous Montecristo No. 1 experience, it not only had a tasty classic flavour profiles including signature Montecristo bitter chocolate, coffee, cocoa, mocha notes with complexity but also perfectly matched with Guiness Draught. The only problem was the burning consistently went off but it's mainly because of high ambient humidity (mostly 70%+ these days) and being kept at 66-69% humidity for years. Other than that, I was really happy with revisiting one of my fav classic skinny CCs Hopefully, my tupperdor's humidity will reduce to 62-63% for moar intensed CC experience! 28

I'm sitting on a few and have heard mixed results. Price aside - it's a good cigar. Every one I have had from the box has been flawless. It's nice to pick up a cigar and not wonder if it's a plugged turd. To me, it's the best of their premium recent releases, but every palette is different. It's smooth, easy to like, and has a subtle sweetness that I enjoy. Having said that, I still prefer the original OpusX Perfecxion X over any of the "higher end" releases. 2

Popular Post Wlu1988 Posted October 11, 2025 Popular Post Posted October 11, 2025 Attended a wonderful event to celebrate the “grand opening” of my local B&M this week (it’s weird to think that we were celebrating the opening because I have been going for 3+ months). Jorge Padron attended so I smoked accordingly. He was a wonderful fella. Had a wonderful Padron 50th Anniversary Natural as well as a 1926 #35 Natural. Both wonderful smokes with great construction and a nicotine buzz that had me walloped by the time I arrived home. 24
