All are from the dark years, I'm looking forward to them but already tremble in fear of too tight cigars. 😅 Should have them in hand in a couple of weeks. Fingers crossed 🤞 But I have been very lucky with such cigars (99-01 and one late 98), though I've only had maybe half a dozen so far. No tight draws and flavours have been generally good. Don't know if I was just lucky or if time has helped. 1

The vitola that I smoked the most from these years is the Lonsdale and I've never had a problem. Most of my plugged ones were Petit Coronas. 1
Popular Post gojira Posted April 17, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 17, 2021 Today's enjoyments: '70s Quintero Coronas '16 Sig II Grandes de Espana INU SEP 03? The ink of the stamp on my box is smudged so I have trouble making out the year but it looks like 03. 26

Popular Post Bri Fi Posted April 17, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 17, 2021 HDM Epicure No.2 OBM APR 17. Last from the box. Stacked coins for ash. I won’t miss this box although the best tasting cigar I ever had was from it. The best was the first and the remainder were average at best 34
Popular Post Goodfortune Posted April 17, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 17, 2021 An excellent Siglo II TPO MAY 18 A very average Epi 2 from 2017 or 2018 33
Popular Post Cigarsmoker81 Posted April 17, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 17, 2021 Rio seco...I might’ve dry boxed it for too long, it was burning fast ( finished it in 75 min vs my usual almost two hours ) enjoyed it nonetheless, 90 points 32
Bri Fi Posted April 17, 2021 Posted April 17, 2021 @Cigarsmoker81 that’s one of the common complaints of the rio seco is it burns too fast for such a large cigar.

havanaclub Posted April 18, 2021 Posted April 18, 2021 This is really good, takes me someplace exotic. Aloha Friday gang! I have generally really liked them. Had one a few weeks back and wasn’t overly impressed. Seemed one dimensional. All wood. Hope my others are like my previous examples. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2
Popular Post havanaclub Posted April 18, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 18, 2021 LGB MAY 20 from a 10ct box. First one and a bad one. No draw, perfect draw couldn’t even help. I don’t even think it was plugged, just bad construction and bunching. Tossed and went for a OR don carlos. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 18 5

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk This was the 3rd from my box, the first 2 were good, but this one was on another level and really got better as it smoked down. I love when a cigar does this....it’s usually the other way around. 1
Popular Post RedLantern Posted April 18, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 18, 2021 Petite Royale from the other night. First time with this vitola. Nice smoke. I encountered a couple of brief changes in this shorty. Will keep an eye out for more. 25
Popular Post ZigZauer Posted April 18, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 18, 2021 H. Upmann magnum 46 from April 2009. Wonderful stick Warped Kings Stride, worth every penny. One of the best I smoked recently. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 26
Popular Post Bijan Posted April 18, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 18, 2021 2003 SLR Lonsdale. Should have been celebrating something last night but felt too exhausted. Hit a minor setback earlier tonight, but Saturday is the best cigar time of the week for me so might as well. So far so good. Fruit and leather/earth. Lots of complexity there I'm sure but I'll leave that for the reviews 31
