Diplomáticos No.2 EML Ago 2014

This has been another superb box for me lately. I had rested this in my online humidor for some time prior to having it shipped and I'm surprised I've gone through 40% of the box thus far in a short time. Alas, I have no disappointments or regrets with what I've smoked to this point.

Some of the cigars I've smoked have been strong on capsicum or bell pepper, some have been strong on paprika spice, this was strong on sourdough. There was a little capsicum or bell pepper and some creaminess in the cigar, although if I compared today's cigar to the others I'd have to say that this stood out as the least savoury that I've sampled. Has it 'turned-a-corner', so-to-speak? I may need to smoke another one or two to find out!

Pulled out the 21st one out of this box of 25 monte no 2’s that have exhibited the full range of typically good monte flavor to typically bad monte flavor. I never had such a range within the same box. This one is good. Makes me wish I could trust montecristo to be reliable. I’d buy a lot more of them if that were the case.

La Punta circa 2018. Fine construction and burn. A definite spiciness but other flavors are muted. Not ready for prime time. The last 3 of this 6er will sleep. One of the few CC I get a nico hit from. Bitterness forced me to pitch this at the half. I hate that.

I just don't get this box.They all Look stunning. That said one smokes beautifully, then you get one like this which is boring and no flavour at all. 

If you can find them grab them.Fruit tingles, simply amazing
