Example. Make sure the readout is clearly seen. 2. Post your photo before Monday the 7th of Feb on this thread. You can start now. 4. Give us an update (no photo required) in the First weekend of March and The First Weekend of April. Do it on this thread. Lise will post a progressive spreadsheet of those who post. Miss a weigh in and you are out 5. This is for the relatively fit bastards with access to Gym scanners. Alongside your digital weigh in photo (compulsory), post up your scan details in Jpeg form (name/weight/BMI/Viceral fat/Muscle mass etc). Prize is a box of cigars chosen by myself. It is all about having a little bit of fun and starting the year on a healthy "ish" note with some cigars to provide a little motivation Get those photos in over the next week. Right side of a lass showing weightloss wearing the same pants. Problem is she also lost a full torso tattoo in the second pic. 😁 4
Popular Post Greenhorn2 Posted January 25, 2022 Popular Post Posted January 25, 2022 You all have got to be kidding, right? After investing thousands of dollars building my tool shed ,you want me to lose it for a chance at some stogies? No way, I'm fat and sassy with plenty of stogies. Y'all have at it. I'm going to sit back, eat burritos, drink beer and watch this show with a good cigar. 1 8
ChanceSchmerr Posted January 26, 2022 Posted January 26, 2022 I've become depressively unhealthy since leaving the ship. I'll have my weigh-in submitted by the end of the week! 3
SpecialK Posted January 26, 2022 Posted January 26, 2022 on It.... gonna go eat some cake right now though.... 3
Popular Post Ford2112 Posted January 26, 2022 Popular Post Posted January 26, 2022 I'm stuffing my face on my fishing trip and then I'm in 100% . Time to Jumpstart into some weight loss. I'm diabetic and with high cholesterol and high blood pressure I need incentive ! 7
Bijan Posted January 26, 2022 Posted January 26, 2022 I'm in. Wasn't motivated then got motivated. Already down 2-3 kilos. Still got a long way to go. Will weigh in ASAP. 3
Popular Post RedLantern Posted January 26, 2022 Popular Post Posted January 26, 2022 I’ve been steadily chipping away from my all-time high of 148kg last spring, so I don’t think I’m a contender to win, but I’m all for some camaraderie as I trend back to downwards after the holidays! 5
Islandboy Posted January 26, 2022 Posted January 26, 2022 Not only am I a fat bastard...I also have fugly feet. Let the games begin! 2
Fosgate Posted January 26, 2022 Posted January 26, 2022 I'll Play. Per the CDC BMI Calculator: https://www.cdc.gov/healthyweight/assessing/bmi/adult_bmi/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.html For the information you entered: Height: 6 feet, 7 inches Weight: 345.6 pounds Your BMI is 38.9, indicating your weight is in the FAT BASTARD category for adults of your height. For your height, a healthy weight range would be from 164 to 221 pounds. (Yeah right, when I was 19yrs old at 6'4 191lbs I could hide behind a flag pole.) 255lbs or less is my goal. 2

Don't take me wrong here because my feet are fugly, but this thread needs a "NSF People Eating" warning.🤣 Ditching half your Egg McMuff is a good thing! You're well on your way to shedding those pounds, do you know how sodium is in those things? LOL 4
LordAnubis Posted January 27, 2022 Posted January 27, 2022 65kg on the dot. Aiming to stay the same weight really. Belly is 85cm. Aiming to reduce that by 10cm. 3
Sir Diggamus Posted January 27, 2022 Posted January 27, 2022 120.00 kg even for me, or 264.6lbs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 3
SpecialK Posted January 27, 2022 Posted January 27, 2022 255.5 lbs / 115.89 kg for me. Yes my feet are pontoons 3
Popular Post BuzzArd Posted January 27, 2022 Popular Post Posted January 27, 2022 After seeing early entries I can honestly say I’m suddenly not as self conscious about my flippers as I used to be. 1 4
Edicion Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 All gyms are closed here (and will be for another 2-3 weeks at least) , so I don't have access to body composition scanner but I know what it would say: "sir your body is made of 30% pasta, 30% steak and 40% Coca-Cola". If I do the challenge, and that's a big if, I'll do a keto diet to lose weight quickly and get rid of some fat. 1 2
Fuzz Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 I really wish I had weigh myself before unloading a 40' container on my own! 😅 I'm sure unloading and palletising 24 tonnes of goods would have some affect on my weight. 2

I need the lump charcoal more than the briquettes. Though, I did get a good workout. I assume maintaining your heart rate above 130bpm for 4 hrs at a time is a good burn (with a break for lunch). Walked about 13.5km or 18,500 steps. 1
ChanceSchmerr Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 The scale here at work has just Sh*t the bed - reads out "Err" or scans random numbers. (insert joke about being so fat that I broke the scale) I'll try to find someone with a digital scale i can use in the meantime.
BeerPimp Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 I started the last competition and then bailed. Definitely going to enter this one. I have already started working on loosing weight and have lost a couple pounds but this will be even more of an incentive. 2
Thirdcoastwatch Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 BMI: 31.4 (obese). Goal: 28 (overweight). 1
Fuzz Posted January 30, 2022 Posted January 30, 2022 Well, this is the heaviest I have ever been. 2021 was not a good year for stress eating. Time to hit the treadmill. 2
