griller Posted May 25, 2021 Posted May 25, 2021 6 hours ago, Huckleberry said: Congratulations! Kids all sleep at some time. No real need to change the size of the smoke. Maybe the frequency of smoking engagements, but if you follow the rules, the kids will settle into a normal sleeping routine. That way momma has time to rest and dad a cigar, or dad has time to rest and momma the cigar. To each their own. Wait until they get in High School and have spent years being indoctrinated into the non-smoking, brown shirt brigade by your education system of choice. You will wonder why you saved all those cigars for their special occasions, because they will think it is weird and reprehensible that you even smoke anything at all. Anyway, congratulations again. Hope mom and baby continue to be healthy and that your family is blessed. Congrats on the new addition to the family! Happy to hear both are doing well. This quoted reply above is both hilarious and my experience, too. I smoked anyway, and still let them know that being a "follower" won't be tolerated in our household! Enjoy those celebratory cigars now, and when life allows you to take a pause to reflect on what a blessing it is to be on this earth. 1
Dozerhead Posted May 25, 2021 Posted May 25, 2021 Congrats! I have a nephew named after Nolan Ryan. I wonder how many children have been named after him over the years in the Texas? 1
Mickey D Posted May 25, 2021 Posted May 25, 2021 Congratulations from a father of 3 daughters and finally a son. 1
Kaptain Karl Posted May 25, 2021 Posted May 25, 2021 Congratulations!!! What a handsome lil guy!!! I'll have to remember to use your measurements when I have my first "20.5 inches, 8.2lbs, gigantic balls, unlike his father" 😂 2

jonnyfromiranny Posted May 25, 2021 Posted May 25, 2021 Congratulations, sir! Finding time to puff with a young family can be difficult, but all the more rewarding1 1
ha_banos Posted May 26, 2021 Posted May 26, 2021 His wrapper there has a massive crease in it. Not acceptable. 1
RichG Posted May 27, 2021 Posted May 27, 2021 Congrats! My daughter and son are close to the same age difference as yours (6 and 3.5). One of the best things is seeing what completely different people two siblings can become. With two, life becomes exponentially more difficult for the parents, but equally more enriched. God Bless and best of luck with the new addition! 1
