Different blend entirely. Monte Especial meets Por larranaga Montecarlo is perhaps the best way to describe it.13 points

Added a couple boxes to round things out. I think I'm done for a bit though. First are some gorgeous Montecristo 3, ESL MAR 18. I love the corona size. Gimme lonsdales, coronas, and corona gorda forever. A huge thanks to @canadianbeaver for the awesome BR listing and goodies that came with. I also blame @Heels82 for this one. He waxed poetic about how good the JLSE was, so I had to try and join the cool kids club. Still not a cool kid, but at least have the look. Juan Lopez Seleccion Especial OME ABR 22. Just gorgeous.5 points

Government cannot balance a budget more even create one on time. Yet they concern themselves with cigars…. where’s the tea?5 points

leave you lot alone for a few weeks and it all goes to hell. how is listening reading? it is listening. reading requires a book. or at the very least those kindle type things. nothing against listening but it is not reading. by the way, that book on the congo (please note i said book and not sound) is high on my list for the next amazing order. been wanting to read it for a bit. read it. not listen to it.5 points

The "Year of the Pig" CoRo basically tases like a CoRo, which is not surprising as they are pretty much just CoRo's that had special packaging to celebrate the Chinese new year. The '55s have been really good. I have had a couple of these, as well as a '55 Sig VI. They will all be better with more time on them, as I find most Cohibas have muted flavors when very young. They really open up at around 2 or 3 years, and these have been no exception. The Casildas have been my best recent purchase though. Full of amazing, classic Trinidad flavors. They are smoking great young, which makes it really tempting to dip into them on a regular basis, but I am doing my best to resist, except for special occasions. I got really lucky with these because I bought them right before the massive price increases. Not sure what they go for now, but I wouldn't be surprised if you could get a decent used car for the price of a box.5 points

I enjoy Woodford Reserve Double Oaked with my cigars. I tried rum, it's a little sweet. The bottle that I grabbed was Flor de Cana 18. There are so many options out there, enjoy every minute of it 😊4 points

Step 1. Move the humidor from the shower. Step 2. Throw out the humidifier you are using Step 3. Put the humidor lid open in an air-conditioned room for a day or two. Step 4. Buy a couple of Boveda packs.3 points

If they were actually being delivered to stores without packaging it would be Diadema SpA's descision and not Habanos SAs'. I guess there is a possibility that Habanos said to Diadema "we can't do this packaging, it's impossible, do you still want the cigars," but in that case I think it much more likely that Diadema would solve the problem. Source some jars in Europe, or if they really can't be found then commission some porcelain jars, or make some humidors, or make some boxes. Much more likely than delivering unboxed cigars to retail. Even that would be unprecedented though (except arguably the Cohiba 55 Premier Edition). Much more usual would be for the rolled cigars to sit in storage in Havana until the jars are ready. Also I agree with the comments that doesn't seem that hard to source the jars. At least a few batches of Upmann Noellas have been produced in the last few years.3 points

Didn't buy but received these as my February reverse blind review prize Fonsesca No. 1, probably from 2014 if what is occasionally offered on 24:24 is any indication Vegas Robaina Don Alejandro, at least from 2017 as they were discontinued The Don Alejandro was very high on my hit list, and I thought it would be impossible to find in my price range, thanks FOH!3 points
