Summer arrived yesterday and today is the hottest day of the year so far (24c so 75f). So i decided to head for a walk by the water with this Hdm Epi1, the darker of two I recently picked up. The lighter one was meh with meh on top, this dark one is great. Creamy with a hint of spice which gives it a bit more umph than the lighter wrapper I had last time. The last one left me with a feeling of never wanting to return to Epi1, now I'm back to being in doubt. May keep my eyes open for a few more dark ones.. Maybe..

Sending off my youngest daughter (13 years old) to sleep-away camp today, which is always a bitter sweet day every year.  

And then my middle child (16 y/o son) leaves for his teen tour, which surprisingly to me, a lot of people don't know what that is.  It's where NY Jews send their kids in the summer when they are too old for sleep away camp, but too young for college.  My son chose the "Fire and Ice" tour, which is 30 days split between Alaska and Hawaii, with a little bit of the West Coast of Canada and US in between.

My oldest, who just finished her freshman year of college asked me what she was going to do this summer.  I gave her a puzzled look, and said "Get a job?"

Anyway, this marks the real beginning of my summer, so it deserves a celebration.  On the other hand, I am shipping my kids off, so it doesn't feel right to go all out.😂

A CoRo seems like a good compromise.
