Woof. As a flatlander just south of your state (and used to live in MKE during school), we're in some pain right now with that 80* to 35* swing over the past 5 days. Hopefully May will treat us right.

Wow, what a box - don't remember what the ranking was when I purchased these from our host, but if these aren't PSP it's just because @El Presidente has been so busy he couldn't look at these.  There is a slight mottled wrapper effect between Rosado and a darker Colorado; with a real sheen.  Amazing and thank you!  (EBO OCT-21)

Gorgeous cab of PLPC received today though not as dark as I’ve seen before. Never seen the orange dot before, but I’ve see many red (PSP) of course. What’s the significance of the orange dot?

Orange means HQ - (aka High quality). Considered one grade below PSP but still a cut above everything else. Some cigars I actually prefer HQ to the PSP variety (PSD4s come to mind) as often times PSP labeled boxes usually come with glossier (oils) & darker wrappers.  As would appear to be the case for you here. Even without seeing your cigars (one of things we all appreciate seeing in this thread by the way, the ACTUAL cigars ;)….I’d say you won by getting a lighter shade wrapper  PLPC. Just my .02

Thanks Coug! I agree, I’m smoking a PSP Monte 4 right now and it’s darker than dark. It would probably have more Monte4 profile if not so dark. Will post the actual cigars next time. Cheers

I’d have a hard time deciding to smoke em young or age em!

If all the rumors are true my Cohiba stock will all become special occasion sticks and I’ll be smoking unicorns 20 years from now..
