PuroDiario
A lot of Salsa lately, and hence a lot of Willie Colon: master of music on all fronts. If only HipHop fans understood that Salsa is the OG hiphop lyrically speaking to struggle, love, superation, city dwelling, etc. but all with proper instrumentation,...and if worldwide Jazz fans came to learn more about the genre beyond the intro to Narcos Netflix Show...Willie Colon master of the trombone! He deserves credit among the greatest like Don Lusher, Arthur Pryor on playing the instrument plus add on the lyrical skills and the fact that his commercial success would equate to rock start level these days.

Man D'olin
Today we had a warm sunny afternoon is SoCal, so some Brazilian music hit the spot...the David Byrne compilation “Brazil Classics 1. Beleza Tropical” is a monster CD of some pivotal stuff. Tip of the hat to everyone’s musical suggestions- soothes the mind in these savage times.
