An RE Friday with @Nate Chu C&C for a Saturday morning with this Sir Winston from 03. Today is going to be great if this cigar is anything to judge it by. What a super smooth star

First cigar of the year.

What better way to celebrate my 56th birthday with BHK 56 from 2012. I'm just glad that I reserved enough time to enjoy this beauty.

How was it? Always interesting to hear about experiences with this cigar.

Funny John, I have the same experience with Monte 2s, which I consider a staple.

I always think of Monte 2s like golf.  It is the most frustrating sport known to man.  I could play the worst, most miserable 18 holes in my life, but it is the 2 or 3 perfect shots I made that get me back to the golf course the next day.

I’m laughing to myself right now because I was writing quite literally same response as you posted yours.

No doubt, this is a universal feeling among golfers.

Tubo before decanting - great way of putting it! (will have to borrow that from you!)

Personally I love them. Alot of complexity and starting to shine after 5 years with typical Punch notes not competing but in harmony.
