If you have to nominate one Cuban cigar as "Mr consistency",which would it be?

The one cigar who to your mind, box to box over the years, has not changed much in blend/flavour since you lit the first one all of those years ago.

Just one :wink2:

Once I get a list, I will put a poll up to determine the Cuban consistency king.

Punch DC for me...but its my favorite cigar and maybe I have just been lucky for the past 20 years...I smoke only 6-8 of them per year but to me the 2014-2020 stock seem to consistently replicate the flavors of the 2005-2010 boxes that made me love that particular cigar...

Sir Winston for sure, I have never had a bad SW.  Agree above I have never had a Punch DC let me down that I can recall.

Any Bolivar after 15 years of trying.... still tastes like crap to me! :P

I feel the same about RASS. Never understood the hype about this cigar. I can't believe they sell at almost 32$ each here in Canada

Was my favorite brand until 2000. Now I smoke virtually none. Although MSU 19 BPC are really, really good and of course the 15-16 BCG were stellar.

Yep, very consistent in that I've never liked them. Although 21-22 production has been more tolerable I still wouldn't buy any.

San Cristobal de La Habana El Principe.

Indeed, it's always a top contender. RASCC also. Monte 5 is up there. QdO Coronas seems the same to me as 15-20 years ago.

Punch DC well rested,  love them. Only have 2 boxes and 1 cab left. Used to go through 2 cabs a year. Now maybe a cigar every month or so.

nice thread! the one thing I have learned in 15+ yrs is don't get attached

everything that's been a favorite and/or staple, Boli PC, BCJ, BRC, BBF, RASS, RASSC, HUMag46, and even PSD4's, they all go bad at some point & you gotta find a new thing
