Funny, I had my first cigar nightmare about a week ago. I had friends over ready to smoke and I had misplaced my cigars. Given the total volume of my inventory takes up a large walk-in closet at this point and I have four desktop humidors throughout the house one would think it might have dawned on me mid-dream that something wasn’t adding up.

I did, in reality, misplace a just-lit BHK 56 one time that somehow has never turned up.

I have also had cigar nightmares, different cigars on different occasions but the same ending in at least 3 separate dreams.... I will be smoking a cigar but it is smoking extremely quickly, ten times faster than in real life. And the cigar starts falling apart and the next thing I know I'm eating the final third. The mind is a strange thing!

I had a cigar nightmare where my primary care doctor tell me I can only pick two of the three or my health will suffer; wine, cigars, or weed...   It's like Sophie's Choice...

Still not sure which two I would pick...

When I moved last June from the West coast to the East coast (of Florida), I transferred my singles to a desktop humi, that was immediately boxed by the moving company. Two weeks later, I located the box and found that they had placed the humidor in upside down, and the jar of pearls had spilled out.

Lost 4 Lusi’s and 2 Monte Especials. ??

I only have waking nightmares!

I suffer from cigar nightmares too often. Totally uncertain what the driver is. One most common is I forgot to pack cigars on a trip, which doesn't happen in real life. Another is I open a box and all the sticks are crumpled and falling apart (somehow this is often tied in with unexpected but thrilling finds of cigars at some unclear location). And just this week I pulled out a cigar in my dream that was no larger than a half toothpick. Didn't stop me from lighting it up--in my dream. I even recall being disappointed about the draw, just before I woke up.

I have suspicion your BHK 56 ended up **somewhere** in the middle of Asia...?

I would be afraid of that box ....I’ve had way too many fireproof wrappers that look JUST like that ....have you had one yet ? I hope they are Crackers!

not yet, I would agree, but they are not dark and thick, they very thin and silky, so i'm not anticipating any problems.

Not a nightmare per se, but things got pretty awkward when Florida customs asked how much I paid for my cigars in front of my wife on the way back from vacation last month.

You can only hope she didn’t apply that same valuation formula to your stockpile back at home. Eeessshhh, that is a nightmare.

Surprisingly, not too many. Not surprisingly, more than one!
