I'd go with a 1 kg air dried sirloin, charred on the faces and raw inside, topped with Shitake mushrooms sauteed in butter, garlic and brandy, serves with alfredo fettucini and a bottle of aged Cote du Rhone.

Cigar wise, I'd go with a SLR DC to delay the end
