Right off the bat the unmistakable twang, with a bright cherry background. Nubbed down to 42 mins and the final third transitioned to a slightly woody and charred cherry. The wife sneaked a few puffs, I’m always grateful for her being understanding of my hobbies. 

These are some of the more consistent RyJ in my opinion and experience. They are especially good in tubo format.

A 2020 Lanceros last night and a Mag 46 this morning. Went to two LCDH's yesterday and the guy running the one in Phillipsburg highly suggested not to buy cigars and bring the to the US. I was going to get a few boxes but he said the odds are not in my favor. Carole was extremely limited to boxes of Cohiba, Trinidad, Upmann Half Corona, El Principe and a few boxes of other marcas. She said she was down to 6 shipments a year. The one in Phillipsburg had a larger selection but the guy was pretty adamant about not selling boxes to Americans. Last year when I  landed in Charlotte they searched every bag that came off the plane so I  guess I'll be buying "custom rolls".
