The wife pulled into the driveway from work early with a couple of our friends and said, "let's go". She's carrying me to the Wake Forest/ NC State football game for my birthday. I grabbed a couple of Sig 3's and a bottle of Eagle Rare for the road trip since I was adamant that I was going to drive from the back seat. $40 to park and after we got seated, she took off and came back with a beer and a steak and cheese sub, knowing I hadn't eaten supper. $35 for a beer and sub.😡 Poor college kids don't even know what steak is, the sub was ground hamburger with what seemed to be taco seasoning. I'm enjoying the nice weather this morning with one of the last N1 Lanceros. I'm going to miss them when they're gone.

Mag 50 on course (no rain here for a while, greens are nice but rest of course is fried). I cut it too close and it messed up the burn. Still enjoyed it, but it became unsmokable after about 6 holes, due to my ineptitude. Clip with care the cigars you love...don’t be an idiot like me.

I've got the bush hog blades sharpened, tractor fueled and ready to go, just waiting for the dew to dry off a bit. Punch Triunfos from a 5 pack Christmas gift from a BOTL. Don't pass on the tins, I haven't ran across a disappointment yet. They have all been good.

The weather in SE Florida is starting to give some signs that the seasons are about to shift but still too warm to open the house up and smoke prominentes on the couch in front of the TV like a civilized human. But I actually like the peace and quiet of the garage.
