On the coast in 汕头 (ShanTou) eating 生腌 with a Diplo 2.

They say 生腌 (Sheng Yan - raw marinated seafood) is the 潮汕毒药, ChaoShan poison because of how addictive it is. I concur.

Well this was one of two I smoked this year that were very, very good. Just where I'd like them to be. The last dedicated review I did for this 2014 ERdM Choix Supreme box was in last year's Smoking Blog series, in September (as I just checked my inventory records - and that was excellent).

Your interest has inspired me to have another sometime soon, for which I'll dedicate another review to report how they're coming along.
