This box is from 2013 and think they should have been smoked a few years ago for max flavor. I have 9 left.

I stretched the smoke out to 90 mins, as I had to weave climbing rose arms and clamatis through trellises.

Cold draw was earthy but light; cloud barley taste much. The draw itself had great air movement.

When lit again, great smoke production in the mouth. I tasted mild bite of graham crackers and some earthy notes. Pretty mild thought out. It wasn’t until the last 1/3 that flavors picked up and a bit with all spice and pepper.

Re-lit and touched up uneven burn once.

Decent smoke. Was it my favorite, no but I’ll smoke more of them.

Paired nicely with black iced coffee and a sunny day in the yard.
