Been looking forward to putting some Ribs on the smoker and fire up this 2017 Hoyo DC. 

Ribs won’t be done until 6 or so. Two racks of baby back with the 3 2 1 method. should be ready to eat at half time of the 4:30 preseason games. 

DC is awesome. These just don’t disappoint

PLPC LGR JUL19. These are just coming out. Lots of spiced cream and floral notes, which I haven’t noted in the 3 or 4 I have tried previously from the same box. When those notes mix with the rich caramel PL has these can be prefect. Just not quite there yet.
