San Cristóbal de la Habana El Príncipe TOS Jun 2016

This was the best San Cristobal de La Habana El Principe I've had this year in 2019, bar none. The reason for this is simple, it oozed in flavours, especially pancakes. Sure, I got that cocoa, coffee and molasses sweetness, but the combination of the mild strength and soft pancake flavour and texture was heavenly.

I don't mind a little spice in these from time-to-time. There was none today, yet the cigar was so good I didn't miss it. Also, it gladdens my heart when I have such an outstanding cigar experience and it's from regular production Habanos stock and not a Limited or Regional Edition example.

NC. Not bad pretty mellow and had a nice citrus twang for about 1/3. 1/2 way got a little worse but was a gift from a client so made the ride home better.

I've never smoked a Cuban that small before, like almost cigarillo size. The smallest CCs Ive had are things like Boli CJs and Party Shorts. TIA, Kell.

I have only had the one box of ten to try, which I obtained as a gift from a friend. He had them for a year already and they had been stored correctly. I have heard from others that if not stored well they are pretty harsh, like other cigars which have become dry I would suppose. Perhaps people have differing opinions due to rest time and storage would be my conclusion. My advice would be rest them. Mine are straight out of the cello that I've tried and have had no issues.

As to filler, I'm unsure as I've not pulled one apart to inspect it sorry.

PLPC TOS MAR 17. Still darker notes of coffee, wood and sweet cream on top. A sprinkle of white pepper on the start. Not showing the Carmel yet. What’s with the white ash? It’s been in low teens humidity here, talk about dry boxing! This is burning like tinder wood... excellent all the same.

Bolivar RC MSU SEP 18 AT. I pulled these from the tubes months ago and wasn’t moved too much by first two... this one is a game changer. Just stunning. All those reviews I read, yep I get it. Rich, earthy, malty, rustic, Guinness? If the BF ages like this I’m in trouble... solid 93+ and King ? of November so far and did not see it coming. A bloody year old. Cheers

Early '18 RASS this afternoon

After breakfast treat, C&C time (as @Raskol says) with this '18 RASCC.  Heavy on the coffee notes, light on the raisin/fruit. 

Enjoying this phenomenal UEB JUN 17 RyJ Mille Fleurs, a gift from @TTP21, thanks Mike! Tasty from the get-go. Edit: sweet cherry cream keeps on giving and giving.

'16 RG Panetelas Extra, great post-breakfast CC.  Mild but with loads of chocolate and coffee with a floral twist. Haven't touched these in almost 2 years.  Now that it's colder and foggy in the mornings, I'm looking for these again. 

@Chucko8 no wind here, so I was able to safely take a few shots ?
