Ramón Allones Gigantes circa 2006 (thanks @jay8354!)

Thank you @jay8354 for gifting me this cigar. This Ramon Allones Gigantes was perfect for a nice Spring afternoon's day. The construction was perfect, ash-length, burn and draw were all absolutely ideal. The flavours were similarly 'spot-on' also.

I was enamored with the toastiness in this, which I wasn't expecting. Mocha (a combination of milk coffee and chocolate), wood, which was charred at times, leather, spice and dried fruits all made for a wonderfully complex cigar.

So overall, this was a two-hour joy ride I am hoping that my next Double Corona can emulate.

It was solid. Not great not bad. Maybe high 80’s like 88 or so. Needs more time for my Taste. End got harsh. I prefer the 50. Never had the corona ....not yet .... burn was perfect !

Bolivar Royal Corona MSU FEB 18 tubo tonight. This one was all black coffee, didn't detect the subtle honey sweetness. Maybe due to my already sweetened brewed milky coffee.

LFDC Grandiosos ROC JUL 13, from the UK boxpass. Thank you whoever put this in. My first Flor De Cano, and my only one of these.

Nice! A gentle smoke, low strength and body. Good flavours: creamy, subtle woodsiness and some lemony sweetness. No dark earthy notes or pepper, maybe a touch of bakery spices. Good in the morning, and fine pairing with some fennel tea.

Worked through it quite quickly, but the wide gauge kept it cool. Tons of smoke, and a pretty good burn. Very thin wrapper, which cracked when I tried to take the dratted regional band off.

Relaxing. Smoke em if you got em.
