Quite an interesting and somewhat unique smoke, although I felt the true flavours are still very much clogged, even though it didn't smoke that fresh at all. I'm intrigued at how it's gonna develop!

We have about 8 inches of snow since early this morning and we're expecting another 4 to 6 this afternoon. Here in South Central Kentucky we don't often see, or have a way to deal with, a foot of snow. The town is pretty well closed down for the day and we closed our office at 11:00 AM. I love snow days! After shoveling the driveway I decided to fire up the patio heater and set in the garage with door open and have a smoke while watching it snow. Absolutely beautiful!
