This was a question asked of me yesterday. I thought it a good one to kick around here. 

The best part of this question is that we will pull it up December 2025. 

Fast forward. What will the Cuban cigar scene look like in December 2025....just over three years away. 

Pricing, distribution, portfolio, successes, losses, retail scenario (online/B&M)?  Cover what you like.

HSA and the Cuban cigar world is rocked by leaked internal documents detailing the same blend of leaf between Vegueros and Cohiba, proving that “b*tches love blingy bands”.  
 
In more shocking news, it’s revealed that HSA provided leaf to a shadow project through PCC named “Projecto Des Nudos”, confirming suspicions worldwide.

Negatives: CoRo 2500 per box, Monte 4 400 per box. Supply shithouse. 40% of LCDHs will fold. Retailers selling more NC's, but they too will have a downward trajectory.

Postiives: The fact i even put a positives in this post 🤣. Nah really i think one good thing to come out of this shitstorm is i think Habanos will try harder to show authenticity of products, and market their products and streamline/plan releases etc. 

Overall, the Cuban cigar enthusiast is dead, the Cuban cigar millionaire baller is enjoying Ambars without any pesky peasants in eye sight.

Once removed, chem packs cannot be reinserted into the Virtual Cigar device. The user indemnifies Virtual Cigar against all loss, damages, claims, liability, expenses, payments or outgoings incurred by or awarded against Virtual Cigar arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Virtual Cigar device. The user agrees to these conditions upon purchase of the Virtual Cigar device. The user agrees that any data collected from the use of the Virtual Cigar Library will be exploited by Virtual Cigar. This will include your name, address, contact details, banking details and sexual preferences or perversions.  Collected data will be sold to third parties for the purpose of targeted advertising.)

I’m not educated enough on the topic to answer those questions. However what i know from experience is most blends have not been true since before early 2000’s. I remember a time when one could smoke a cigar blind and could predict with pretty good accuracy the brand. Partagas bolivar Cohiba etc.  Up until a couple years ago i would seek cigars based off of the factory more so than the Marca. Again just my humble experience/opinion.

I am interested in cigars for fun only, buuuut these prices even have me signing up to sell some sticks on BR.  That said I hope supply continues and prices go no higher.  Would like to see camaraderie and ability for newbies to get into Cubans continue.  If current trend continues it will be an ultra premium product that loses its appeal for the typical smoker who wants good product but isn’t brand obsessed.
