Still Punch Punch or Regios both still hitting it out of the park

Surprises me to say this, as it beat out many more “premium” smokes but it was a RyJ Wide Churchill from NOV 2018. Stunning.

A 2014 PL Picadores. I smoked 16 of these between 2019 and now, always underwhelmed. This stick was one of the best cigars I’ve ever had. Oranges, toasted tobacco and creamy coffee/nut/milk chocolate, with perfect balance and burn!

VR Famosos aged for 7 years. this was the best. I got this from my cigar friend.

But 2020 D4 was also the best.

I just bought a box of the Bolivar Gold Medals from 07 on BR. You have no idea how big a smile you put on my face with this endorsement

It was not only a killer cigar it also was enjoyed outside finally. Took the time to sneak one in on a rare 65F (18c) day when otherwise its been snow, cold and bitter. 

For me I always found cigars taste best not inside.

2021 N1 Lancero     ROTT they had an overpowering non Cuban twang.  Approximately 30 days later the one I smoked had mellowed out to a sweet cream with just a hint of NC twang.  Thoroughly enjoyed it.  Regrets I didn’t grab more at the time.

Punch la Isla on the deck in a wind storm during the Super Bowl while on vacay. The cigar lasted less than the 2nd quarter as the winds were helping me out (as you can see below).

The cigar was good,  but I'll always remember watching the game through the window while trying to stop the wind from moving the furniture. Unfortunately it was where we were applying the sunscreen spray, so it was slick. One foot on the other chair and one on the side table. Even I was nudged a few inches a couple of times.

Lots of fun, and I made it in the room before Dre.
