SB Cigars: N Carlota, Boli Gold Medal, P2. Drink: Daquiri's (Sugar free!) Food: None. I have no intention of cutting the guys in the Fat bastid competition a break Let us know what you have on the agenda for SB and go into the draw for a sampler and a some FOH Merchandise. Post up a photo on the day for an extra ticket in the draw 3

Popular Post Goodfortune Posted February 10, 2022 Popular Post Posted February 10, 2022 Although I don’t have a dog in the fight (Rams beat my 49ers), as an avid NFL fan I am looking forward to the Super Bowl. Headed to a buddies house who takes his BBQ and meat smoking very seriously. Eat: Bone-in ribeyes and Wagyu Carne Asada is on the menu. Drink: I am in charge of the booze. Mixture of some craft beers and beer staples (Coors Light, Heineken, Corona). Handful of different bourbons and scotches for after dinner. Smoke: HdM DC, Partagas E2 and BBF are lined up so far. As a bitter 49ers fan in Los Angeles, Go Bengals!! 5
ChangBang Posted February 10, 2022 Posted February 10, 2022 Headed to a buddies house to watch the game, he's a bengals fan and I'm a ravens fan...so obviously I'm rooting for the Rams! Eat: He has pork sliders and I'll try to bring something - have plans to smoke a turkey on Sat so maybe some of that Drink: He's having a bloody mary bar and I'll bring a bottle of something probably. Smoke: None at his place, but before and after will be something. 3
HawkI84 Posted February 10, 2022 Posted February 10, 2022 Smoking some wings then finishing on the grill, tossing them with BBQ sauce, Buffalo, and parmesan-garlic. Havent decided on the booze, have some Allagash White, Guinness, and a plethora of wine and whiskey to choose from. Sadly, cigars are likely not on the menu due to the presence of small children and ball shrinkingly cold weather. Cant have everything I guess. 3 1
Habana Mike Posted February 10, 2022 Posted February 10, 2022 Haven't considered a menu yet. While I'm not in the fat bastard I have been working on dropping sound poundage. Between the move and the holidays I added 15%, need shake that back off. If it were not so we'd be knee deep in nachos, wings, dips, chili and the like. Thinking maybe some ribs and coleslaw. Zinfandel or Shiraz and then a port should do. Looks to be a bit chilly for Florida that night though still plan to watch on the lanai TV so cigars will definitely be in order. May as well light up a Prominentes for the 4 hour extravaganza. Go ??? I'll be rooting for my squares. 2
benfica_77 Posted February 10, 2022 Posted February 10, 2022 Going to make my Louisiana style fried chicken...it's my cheat meal of the week. Will enjoy with only one beer to cut calories. No cigars since it will be cold one here in Canada but if the weather was more suitable i'd pick a Sir Winnie or Fundie. 3
Chibearsv Posted February 11, 2022 Posted February 11, 2022 Same as every year - Big pot of chili and skillet corn bread plus jalapeño popper dip and tortilla chips. Will be a good day for it with a high temp of 19F Cigars will be varied and plentiful. 4
Bill Hayes Posted February 11, 2022 Posted February 11, 2022 Either a fino sherry and tapas followed by a connie2 or Korean bbq, lager followed by stout and jl#2. 3
Popular Post El Hoze Posted February 11, 2022 Popular Post Posted February 11, 2022 Food: I start my chili today, I do it once or twice a year as there’s alot of prep and cooking time involved. 7 layer dip as well, I do that only once a year thank goodness. And grilled buffalo wings. Drink: Beer! Easy drinkers. Cigars: tough call. Could be a Monte A day! 6

riderpride Posted February 11, 2022 Posted February 11, 2022 In Cuba for another super bowl. Hope the power isn't cut at half-time again 😒 Missed the onside kick by the Saints against the Colts to start the 3rd the one year. Took a while to figure out what happened Hate the Kroenke fam for always moving and not a fan of the bungles, so go Stafford! He more than paid his dues in Det. cheers!

KCCubano Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 Solo this year. Normally kids come over but one is out in LA for the spectacle and other has a sick newborn!! Looks like a Pizza and Coors light night! Will fire up a Churchill of some sort Im guessing at beginning of second half. Not sure who I want as Chiefs are out. Leaning Bengals 2
Lomey Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 Food: Rotel dip with ground beef, smoked then grilled chicken wings with a mix of Habanero Death Dust and Stockyard Apple rub, Jalapeno Poppers and Little Smokies in bbq sauce. My wife said she will be making something she just hasn't decided yet. Drink: A mix of local micro brews and some homebrews for me. Cigar: It's going to be cold so if I can get one in it will be mid day while cooking out. Leaning towards a BPC, but I never know until I open one of my humidors and something catches my eye. I have no real rooting interest in the game, but being a big football fan I'm hoping for a good game. The Bengals O-Line will have their work cut out for them against the Rams D-Line so I'm thinking probably a Rams win, but Burrow has that it factor so you never know. 3
Artin Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 Invited about 30 guys and gals to our house including kids. Gonna get a bunch of food from a great pizzeria nearby. Couple different deep dish pizza’s, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, a really good Caesar salad…I have a bunch of old world biodynamic wines ready including a decent amount of pilsners and lagers. As far as cigars, my big humidor’s at my office and I just have a desktop humidor at home with just regios and the new scdlh Malaysian regionals. Will likely have the scdlh. We’ll all probably root for the Rams since we’re in LA but I’m always looking for the best plays regardless of teams.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 3
Popular Post Chibearsv Posted February 12, 2022 Popular Post Posted February 12, 2022 This weekends lineup - The Dumas, Sig V, 898, and Monte 3 are all the second pulls from 2020 boxes. I'm expecting improvement. The rest are 2017 or earlier. I'm expecting greatness! 8
Gansett13 Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 Starting the weekend with a few pints of Guinness while Ireland smash France. then put a few racks of ribs and wings on the smoker for the super bowl. 3
LLC Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 Went this morning to a high end grocery store because they always have large very good chicken wings. Also picked up a house made Margarita pizza and Pepperoni pizza. Also will have some pano fritto balls with a good marinara sauce. Nice red wine to match the food. I’ll have a pre game cigar or two but for the game I’ll go with something big. Not sure which but will choose between a Sir Winnie, RAG or maybe a Leyenda. Buffalo is out so not a huge rooting interest but would like to see LA win. If Cincinnati wins I’d be happy for Joe and the city. They are quite the Cinderella story. 3
Nevrknow Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 (edited) Houseful of people! Beer, rum and my cigars. I supply that so I have no idea what food is being brought. Surprises for me but always delicious. 😂 Edited February 12, 2022 by Nevrknow Looks like wings that I have to smoke plus various dips and chips. I also opened my big mouth and it looks like the 3 racks of beef ribs I had stashed! I’m not going to complain tho. Until the day after hangover. 😂😂 4
djrey Posted February 13, 2022 Posted February 13, 2022 Won’t be watching the game but I’ll use the excuse to drink and eat good food. Cigar will likely be a Partagas Short due to a cold snowy day. Probably a few beers then a Napa Valley Merlot. Paired with numerous party food, dips etc. 3
Popular Post Doublesh0t Posted February 13, 2022 Popular Post Posted February 13, 2022 We’re smoking a brisket:) 9
