So. My partner and I are going to start shooting TV adverts for our personal injury law firm. I welcome your ridicule. Put it right into my veins!

And any clever ideas, would also not go unappreciated.

Hopefully wel'll be able to see it once completed. I'll get the obvious out od the way and suggest a tongue-in-cheek ambulance chase. Maybe disclose that you don't do this (unless you do 🤣)

Oooh nice! Twitter-thumb injury from defending yourself from liberal beta male cigar smokers

.... Do you go to bed at night, then wake up in the morning?

I am aware of the necessity of lawyers in this world but some personal injury lawyers really seem to embrace the stereotype... 🤮

By the way, I neither endorse nor disparage anything nor anyone with my aforementioned comments...

Fish. I think it was a typo about the Siamese fighting fish called 'betta'. Specifically the males. 🤣

"Just because you did doesnt mean you're guilty" is about as American as it gets. He's bringing the American dream to the working man! I love it.

In my public defending days, I'm not gonna lie. I've said that in closing argument before. More than once. One time it actually worked. Self defense case. Just because she stabbed him doesn't mean he didn't have it coming.

This sentiment is what caused my partner and I to shy away from doing one for years. But the last crop of ads from our big box firm competitor kind of made us gag. We've gone through days of brain storming and it's a tough decision and finding the right concept is also difficult. We run a small firm with 2 lawyers and 2 support staff. We have made our bones taking complex cases with attenuated theories of liability for catastrophically injuries folks no one else would help. So making jokes doesn't seem a good way to garner more business. Nor does it sit well with us. We are allergic to flashing dollar amounts of past settlements on TV too. That doesn't leave us with many options.

We have 3 solid concepts in development. We are shooting all of them on Friday. One of one is a heart felt client testimonial. Tye other two are tongue in cheek shots at firms that advertise in a way we comsider to be sleazy. The best one we are running on the superbowl as a local ad. I'll post up the two that aren't superbowl worthy as soon as we male the call. And the super bowl one the day of the game.
