Especially where I live now. It would be practically  suicide to lite a cigar away from home , at home after 9pm is safe. Fire brigade would be called before hand.

Somehow , somehow however vaping seems to be okay.

Too bad the celebration was ruined. No doubt an invaluable contrbition to society has been made by the tossers who stopped it.

Can't tell you how much I miss doing this . 20191022_092215.thumb.jpg.c7ba5e2f0c46577988fc1366f1062ac7.jpg

I'll bet that smoke made someone feel marginalized... Call the cops!

Nothing wrong with smoking a cigar to celebrate a victory. They are not kids , over 21 is an adult, smoke away team

Horrible example for kids.

C'mon, how am I supposed to explain to my kiddo that cigars are bad for you when a collegiate athlete is smoking on national television??? ?

You must have had money on Clemson...?

Smoking a cigar in one of the most depraved cities in USA, not to mention one of the most corrupt states in our country. Good to know hypocrisy is alive and well!

Found it.  They were smoking Karl Malone by La Aurora Cigars.  Karl Malone is of course the ex-Utah Jazz NBA player who is from Louisiana.

Quote

Malone’s cigars hit the market in late 2018. The Dominican-made smokes feature Ecuadoran binder and wrapper tobaccos, and a filler blend of tobaccos from Peru, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic.

If these athletes had a higher profile, well, I'd say the story would be different (thankfully)!

That picture is offensive.

Who holds a cigar between their middle finger and their ring finger?

I feel sure that the emoji I can barely see is a wry wink. I am also 80%+ sure the whole post is satire. It is sad (on society’s part) when farce is so closely aligned with “factual” reporting.

At the rate this country is going, next year's celebration will be blunts...

That is a pic of one cool, calm, and collected young man. From that pic alone in that situation, I can tell that he is going to be an amazing role model for our youth once he hits the big league. This is exactly what the league needs to circumvent the goons like AB which have been crowding the headlines for years. Welcome to the big time son... I'd be proud of my kids wearing your number on a Steelers Jersey, but as long as it's not a Patriots jersey, you will have my respect.

Yup, completely satirical!

Always like to see victories celebrated with cigars!

It is now a crime to smoke cigars at California beaches. But it's perfectly fine for a vagrant to defecate, masturbate and discard their hype needles on these same beaches, since being "mentally ill" is not a crime.

OK so that cop has zero sense. Does he know how rough the rest of his career would have been if he had been dumb enough to arrest the pride of Louisiana for a misdemeanor just after winning the title?
