tjohn7
This thread feeds my addiction to buying boxes, though I know that's the point. Some of you have such amazing collections. I remember browsing one of these threads a while back and saw a guy out in France that had this monstrous collection. Any idea what happened to him? I'll see if I can find his handle. Tom EDIT: His name was Claudius. Looks like he hasn't been on here in 6 years...
b4z00k4
Ohhhh myyyy, No. 3s have been my favorite Montes so far. Would love to know what an aged one is like. I've had every size except the 3. They look incredible and have a very interesting aroma. Not too different from fresh Montecristo, but with just a slight musty characteristic. Almost like aged cheese. Maplepie
What's wrong with this picture? first instinct says no box code. But it could be on the cardboard box on the outside
airtrade
first instinct says no box code. But it could be on the cardboard box on the outside No cardboard box. No stamp. Is this somewhat common? I have no worries about their authenticity.
Maplepie
No cardboard box. No stamp. Is this somewhat common? I have no worries about their authenticity. Definitely not common... Somewhat rare. Nothing to be alarmed at, though. Cigars look good and retailer looks good (plastic wrap at the feet is always a very nice sign to see). I would write the day of purchase onto the box to avoid any problems down the line. If they're recently purchased without knowing the box codes, i'd put a guess of Jul 13 - Abr 14 as the box codes on these.
earthson
hmmmm.....I don't do well with nicotine. Thanks go the heads up! And you're smoking cigars!? Havanas, nonetheless! If you go out of your way to avoid strong nicotine, I'd heartily recommend the HdM line - they're good to smoke young and are probably the mildest habano I've had.
