Thats some funky ass packaging right thur. How did they smoke?  Worth the price of packaging??

Agreed, great format.  I'm smoking through an AGO-19 box now and would suggest you give them some rest before diving in.  Decent flavors, but they definitely need time to develop IMO.

If they taste like Trinidad Robusto Extras, then they will have been worth the price.  I have only tried one so far, right off the truck.  It didn't taste bad, but it tasted like it came right off the truck.  So I don't really know.  I plan on revisiting them in a few months.

I got a much anticipated box of cigars today since I am an H.Upmann whore. :drool:
 

This box of H.Upmann Connoisseur No. 2 look so amazing and the smell is sooo intoxicating! :rolleyes: 

It will be so hard to resist to smoke one but I think will have the willpower to put them away for the next 4 - 5 years and hopefully be rewarded with an incredible smoke. :cigar: :cigar::cigar:  I smoked a 2014 H.Upmann No. 2 yesterday and that was the best cigar I have smoked in a long time so I will have to keep reminding myself that it will be worth the wait to age these cigars for at least 4 - 5 years. 

LOL. I hope I can really wait that long. :rotfl:

A very nice Partagas factory (DIC 20) box from our host. Pulled the trigger when I had another bout of insomnia the other night. Looking forward to smoking one of these in a few years.

Some reinforcements have arrived.

I’m a little concerned that they have an under-filled vibe about them though. I’m currently going through an MUP Oct 19 box that’s unbelievably good, and every cigar is solid to the touch but draws perfectly. Upon arrival, these were just a bit squishy. Hoping it’s just a temporary "heating up in transit” issue. Anyone have any feedback on GLE Esmeraldas?

Just an update on these Esplenditos I received a couple weeks ago. I was pretty disappointed at first at the wrappers and how under filled they were. Since then, the moister has settled so they don’t seem so under filled and the sheen has come out. Overall happy with my purchase and glad I didn’t pursue returning them. Pays to wait and see. I took them out of the cardboard packs and found them a home in my desktop.
