Sub 44:

Cohiba Siglo III, haven’t seen them listed and they are great w some age.

Partagas 898: no brainer.

45-50:

SW, my deepest cigar.

Lusi, my second deepest cigar.

Siglo VI, have some 08s in both tubes and SLB that are banging right now.

Leyenda. Not a big fan of the RG but they are very good, would be interested to see how time treats them.

Very interesting results! The 'consensus' value picks for ageing are pretty clear: PLPC, Partagas 898s and Lusis. Cohiba also doing v well, with a lot of love for CCE, CoLa and Sig VI. Sir Winston and Fundies also widely admired.

Too vague a task. Cigars will be different for better sales (% profit) and better taste. Cigars do not have the power and strenght in 10 years can lose in taste&body&strenght. Conversely, not popular such as Vegueros will be in great shape deep aged. Auctions show that smokers are ready to give a large margin for rare expensive cigars, but cheap do not have a significant interest in buying

Also interesting that it's all regular production being suggested.

Yes this is a striking result from the FoH auctions.
