leftimatic
Some folks might remember these guys. Had a real hard time getting into Kim Mitchell on his own though. http://youtu.be/I-ZIzH6L2EA http://youtu.be/SI6UuwQtcUE Set up the turntable just to be able to crank the sh#t out of these. Some things just sound so good on vinyl.

Maplepie
ACDC.jpg For the brothers down under. Great, iconic album. Drifts slightly behind High Voltage for me. First concert I saw was their tour. They put on an amazing show with a nice volley of canons firing blanks at the end. Ears ringing for days afterwards... Maplepie
Back In Black was my favourite... probably my third, actually. I know how to jam along on guitar to every one of them!! Was a childhood icon for me. I think it's one of the only albums that radio stations can play any song from. For good reason! Another album like that is Zeppelin IV. ShortFatHokie
Every October, for some reason, I'm drawn to listening to U2's first two albums, Boy and October. Ironically, Boy was released in October, 1980. Also, reminds me of a girl I went out with my first year of college...we started dating in October and she was a big U2 fan. We listened to U2 alot, especially Boy and October. Weird, I know...

Smiley
I'm in a "lounge music" period, listening to compilations by DJ Stéphane Pompougnac for Hôtel Costes in Paris, France. Great music for cigar smoking. :-)

Maplepie
Say what you want... But I really love this. This and 'The Black Parade' should've garnered more attention but the fan base really turned the general public against them. What a shame that we judge things merely associated by who is around them and what is normally accompanied with them. Damn you Pavlov!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JmPlPdWS97A Addendum: On this now: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvkGJBAj0dE
