I smoked a PSdP about 18 months ago that was one of the most flavourful and balanced sticks I’ve had since. Had another 2 months ago and it was flavourless. Such is the game. Maybe you got a bad one. Although I’ve never tried a Punch 48.🤷🏻‍♂️

Yes. Might have been a bit wet from the drive up. Who knows? It’s a rare occurrence with Cohiba, but many other expensive cigars have had plenty of draw issues. Unfortunately comes with the territory with Cubans.

And there's a number of us here who feel the same way, but can't admit it publicly (yet). And can you blame me? Smoking Cohibas and Trinidads in exotic locations, you've set the bar high dude! That is very humbling to read John. It's a blessing and a curse. My dad led a simple life, and passed away at 49, when I was 15 years old. So I owe a lot of what I have to fear.  🤣 I have always been driven by the hyperawareness of my own mortality, which I see now was an irrational fear at 15, but at 56 it seems more and more rational with every passing year.  😂

On that note, last night I was out to dinner with my 3 kids, and their friends that are staying with us, and I felt really lucky. It had nothing to do with exotic locations, fancy restaurants, or expensive cigars. We were all hanging out, having a great time, and I thought about how much I really love the people that my 3 kids turned out to be. That kind of happiness beats all of the other stuff, hands down.

Anyway, I was half way through my UAO AGO 17 Talisman when I read your post.  These things aged beautifully.
