FOH'ers Daily Smoke

My first sufficiently-rested BR 109. This to me is like the Paris Tasting of 1976 and should turn the cigar world on its head. Easily a better cigar than a significant portion of the current Habanos catalog in my opinion. Kudos to all those involved. Give me this, the Petit 109s, Queen Coronas, and Sovereign Suns and I’m good. (OK and a few Sir Winstons.)

I too had my first rested 109 today and I can't agree with you more. This is an exceptionally well made and flavorful cigar. Had to order several boxes halfway through the cigar.

This one was a little off not a lot of sweetness, which I really. But still not a bad score on my scoring platform. 3 1/2

Just had an Upmann Coronas Major which had an unexpected creamy caramel note that blew me away, it was almost as good as a PLPC and actually better than the PLPC I had yesterday. Usually the Coronas Major is a kind of nothing-y stick, but this one was ON!!!

That mindset surely speaks highly of your longanimity. But is not getting a bad score really our set reference for a Sig6? Setting the bar that low? A good, pushing tasty smoke I just got with a recent Romeo No. 3, a six bucks smoke…

But in fact, reason for my commenting was, that I recently had some Siglo 2 from the same period that were truly great. So great that I am now considering stocking up, even at current pricing (yes, shame on me!), and even given I am holding some aged boxes. So I was a tad surprised to see your VI verdict. Well, consistency…🙄

But anyway, I much appreciate you providing those ratings with your smokes @Havanaaddict, always a nice setting of reference points! 👍

‘99 Punch Churchills DB - so good! I like these much more than the DC.

REC SEP01 RyJ Cazadores - one of my all time favorites. This box has dark wrappers and are some of the best Caz I’ve smoked.

Hoyo de Monterrey Coronations. First time trying it and I really like it. There may be better options in terms of price and quality, but it's definitely worth considering if you like the brand.
