CC QC got the best of me today. Started with the JL1: plugged, horrible draw, weak light. Switched to the PSD4: cracking and unraveling, weak light. I’ll take my loss in strides, though; I have others in the dry box waiting their turn for this weekend.

It's been a long, hot, week. Install crew got behind on some residential attic jobs, so that's where I've been the past 3 days. RAT OCT 2020 with a snug draw. Perfect start to the weekend with a small drink of Blanton's. Hope everyone stays safe this weekend. CORO has those wonderful Cohiba traits.

Had a friend over and was a great day/evening. Started with frozen mojitos, then I did some nice big rib steaks on the KJ and finished up with us enjoying MEL DIC 16 Sir Winnie’s with some Courvoisier XO.

Partagas Shorts. These are so good and an excellent alternative to the Upmann Half Corona or Ramon Allones Small Club Corona. Vanillas cream and paprika, baking spice, packs a lot for a little stick.

07 Familiar, pretty sure I found the only box that was bad from 07. I think I have 5 or 6 of these left. Only 1 or 2 of what I’ve smoked so far are what I would consider acceptable.
