Drguano Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 Who will spend $40 to find out? It might go well with a Monte A come the Super Bowl…
Corylax18 Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 Its a Limited Edition. So it MUST be good. Haha.

Chas.Alpha Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 To answer the original question, the complimentary cheese to this particular wine should have a strong aggressive opening, leading to a warm and mellow taste on the palate. It should have a flat finish, with a bitter aftertaste. 👿

Well, as our Italian friends say, they play pretty Gouda lately. They plan their moves Caerphilly and cross the line of fromage. This year’s Vikings are Cheshire average team!

SCgarman Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 Best of luck if they make it to the big game. My pitiful Giants certainly won't, that's a no brainer. But beating Patrick Mahomes will be an uphill battle. My humble prediction is the Chiefs will pull off a 3 peat, come February.

Some of your best work Ken. I particularly enjoyed "brie-lief"
BrightonCorgi Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 Is that at a Costco? Never heard of that wine before?

BrightonCorgi Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 I buy the Kirkland branded booze and wine too.

Back in the day when I drank alcohol we would get the Kirkland Blended Scotch for the office. Similar in profile to Dewars. Not bad but I could tell the difference. 1

Our closest location in Waltham, MA is the 2nd largest in liquor sales for all Costco's in USA. I think Scottsdale, AZ is number one.
BrightonCorgi Posted November 11, 2024 Posted November 11, 2024 I'd go for harder cheeses with a Cab.
